Peace Corps Conference: New Methods in Organizing the
English Lesson
March 29-30, 2011
Purpose: To
introduce English Teachers in Kazakhstan to new methods and techniques for
teaching English to their students. They
will also have the opportunity to interact with native English speakers.
Objectives: Teachers will learn methods to incorporate
into their English lessons
- Learn methods and activities to
improve students' speaking, vocabulary, and grammar skills.
- Learn ways to make interactive
teaching aids and set high learner expectations.
- Learn techniques for easier lesson
planning, working with Ayapova text and teaching critical thinking.
